I Visited Africa, India & The Philippines in 3 Hours to Get My Amazon-Fire-Tablet Fixed

Last week -- I Called The Amazon 800 -- HELP # when My Amazon Fire Broke and Stopped Downloading books.

Don in Johannesburg, South Africa was very polite. When I asked him if he was working anywhere near the Ammo Dump that Blew up.

He said, "No."

But he Didn't like the Taste of the Air. Or water in Johannesburg. WHICH told me the city is VERY POLLUTED.

Don Used Software to Take Over and Look Over my Amazon, fire Tablet.

But after 90 Minutes.

And consulting all the Experts in the room.

He promised to call me back.

NEVER DID.

In his email he claimed to not have my phone #.

HA!

So I called the same #.

This time I got Sarah in Calcutta, India.

Sarah worked for 30 minutes. Gave up. Told me she would give me 15% off on a New Tablet.

I bought one but the Price was 116.00

40.00 Difference.

So I called back to DOUBLE CHECK I was going to Get the 76.00 price. And good thing too. "NO" I was not going to get it for 76.00

3rd TIME -- Kim in the Philippines Tried to Help me.

But said they have no ability to deal with moolah. And then She put me on the phone with Kaled.

Kaled Listened.

Then said, "I think I can Fix Your Old Tablet. And Save You 116.00 -- I can Cancel that Order from Here.

His shift ended in 14 minutes -- he said.

But he walked me thru Erasing the old Software.

Down-loading the New.

AND son of a gun -- my Tablet Started Working Again.

So We Deleted my Purchase -- since I didn't need it.

I READ about What happens in these countries. So it was GREAT Fun to Actually Speak to People who live there.

Each person told me that Amazon pays a Very good Wage -- compared to other Jobs where they live.

Now All They need to Do is Study A Bit more.
