Why My Black Customers Tend to Be MONSTER-GENIUSES

After Holding Dozens of Jobs I Discovered I Was Not As Smart as the Folks Around me.

At One Job At a University -- I Was "The Boss."

Yeah. Right.

Most of my "Team" was Smarter Than Me.

PERFECT EXAMPLE -- I Couldn't Figure Out What MAGIC The Black Housekeeper used in The Mens Dorm.

Mary was OUT-PERFORMING the other 399 Janitors at the University. Somehow she had Persuaded The boys in the Dorm to do her Job.

They Took out the Trash.

They Mopped The Bath floors.

None of them threw stuff on the floor. Or Punched holes in the walls. Or Kicked Water Fountains off the walls. Like what happened in all our other Dorm Buildings.

And Mary Refused to Tell Me Her Secret.

Instead she would Stroll into my office and say, "I've decided to Polish the Brass Door KickPlates and Hinges. BUY ME SOME POLISH.

And I Did!

Cuz The Last 3 Janitors in the Men's Dorm QUIT.

And Mary Made it look Easy.

SAME WITH MY Small Business & Sales Consulting.

Ed -- Tells Me He Just Helped his Local Mercedes Dealership sell 99 Extra Cars This Month. He rigged Up a System that Pops Up an Offer on Your Phone when you walk or drive by the Dealership. An offer you Can't Ignore.

Sara -- Is a Shy Black Gal from Georgia. She is #1 in Sales for a Home Security System. Called me Crying. Her Manager is So Jealous He Refuses to Give Her AnyMore Leads. (So I showed Sara how to get her own Leads.)

Otis -- Sells 6800.00 Home Water Treatment Systems. (We gave him a Sales Script that has grossed over 1 Billion.) Now he is 50% owner of the Water Filter Company.

Olivia -- Owns a Chain of Retail Stores. Her Best Employees were Jumping Ship to Competitors. (We Showed her how to Adapt The VIP Reward System Jack Welch used at GE to Boost Sales 20 TIMES.)

Brenden -- Got Referred to me cuz He Has an "Impossible" Goal. Brenden wants to buy Commercial Property. But he is 300,000.00 in Debt. And only has Experience as a Realtor for Houses.

Brenden Found a Black Gentleman in his Community Who is Worth 50 Million or more. But The Guy won't talk to Brenden.

Research shows This Black Genius Owns a Real Estate Brokerage. But He has Only One Employee.

HIMSELF!

You ask, "How is this Possible? Other Broker/Dealers have 100's of Realtors working for them."

More Research Shows This MONSTER GENIUS is a Member of an "Old Boys" Network. Deals are made on a handshake. Lots and Lots of Deals.

Whenever another Black Citizen Gets Terrible Things Done to them Publicly I call and Ask one of my Black Friends, "What Do You Think Should Be Done? Is there any "Black-Only-Info" The Rest of us Don't Know about?"

And They TELL Me Amazing Things.

I Don't claim to Have Answers.

But The Black Men and Women in Those Neighborhoods DO.
